Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel, please do so with 48 hours notice. If cancelled after the 48-hour window, a 50% fee of your scheduled services will be charged.
Same-day cancellations and No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Please understand that we value our stylists’ time, and this policy is in place to prevent appointment slots from being scheduled and not utilized.
